Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. To request a cancellation, please email us at eevalens.official@gmail.com with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return once received. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and protective covers intact.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to purchases made through our official website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of wear or use.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Clearance or sale items, unless received damaged or defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at eevalens.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll initiate the refund or dispatch the exchanged item.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Shipping Charges for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will bear the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
